At Arthauss Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture couriers will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time to collect the items from your property.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
